Outdoors
The villa’s exterior blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape and creates a soothing ambiance inviting you to relax. The private terrace faces the sparkling sea across Kissamos Gulf, offering majestic views, especially at sunset. The ample outdoor area is entirely adorned with green grass lawn and will be your children’s favorite playground, if they get hot from all the fun, there is a private pool to plunge into and revitalize. Have a family ping-pong match, create a delicious BBQ feast for your friends, and plunge into the jacuzzi to watch the sunset and relax under the starry sky. Aliza is a fine example of a modern chic design with traditional elements that spreads over 2 levels. On the ground level, are the open-plan communal areas, a lovely living area, a chic dining area, and a state-of-the-art equipped kitchen for your homemade healthy meals. Warm, earthy colors blend with furnishings of natural material and along with the large doors create a bright atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. A double bedroom is located on the ground level, while 2 ensuite bedrooms are on the upper level, both with large double bed and access to a balcony with sea view, promising you a luxury stay.

Aliza is perfect for a small group of friends or family that want a secluded Cretan retreat yet wish to explore the magic of the island. The villa is close to the quaint and lively Kissamos town, where there are many restaurants and taverns serving regional dishes and fresh seafood. However, if you are not in the mood to leave your villa for dining out, you can ask our concierge team to book you a private chef to prepare a tailor-made menu for you to savor al fresco.
