The villa offers all kinds of amenities and facilities with the highlight on the 2 pools – one for you and one for your little ones. Drive 23 km west of the town of Chania and you’ll find it in Kolymvari, just a stone’s throw from the beach.  
 
Outdoors
The villa’s expansive terrace offers all kinds of possibilities if you don’t feel like staying in. You can laze by the pool with a favorite book or get a nice tan on a sun lounger, while the kids splash in their pool. Stroll around the grass and take selfies with the amazing view, before you prepare a delicious BBQ meal for the whole family, that you can enjoy under the shade of the pergola.
 
Indoors  
Spread over three floors, Annie’s interiors are decorated in a welcoming country style with contemporary touches creating an ambience of sophisticated simplicity. If you love cooking, you’ll really enjoy the wood oven in the traditional-style kitchen, where you’ll prepare homemade meals using ingredients sourced from the villa’s organic vegetable garden. The three bedrooms offer every luxury amenity to make you feel like home, but the cherry on top is that each one of them enjoys access to a private outdoor terrace or veranda, where you’ll relax and breath in the fresh pure air of Crete, as you leave all troubles behind.  
 
Good to know
Villa Annie is a mere 3-minute drive to the beach and 23 km away from the Old Town of Chania. This region of Crete is perhaps the most beautiful on the island, so you should definitely drive around and explore the whole area. Take your time during the morning and then return to relax at the privacy of your villa. And remember that if you plan on being a bigger group, then you can arrange for the rest to stay in the sister villa Helen which is next door.
