Outdoors
Linthipe is entirely surrounded by an impressive garden with green grass lawns and tropical trees, truly a luxury oasis that your children will love. We already know which one will be your favorite place, your private pool with plush loungers by its side, the ultimate relaxation spot to chill out. As for your alfresco dining, let your private chef work his magic on the BBQ and enjoy your lunch at the shaded dining area by the pool. And if you ever get bored of your pool, get your towel for a quick dive into the sparkling waters of Tavronitis beach, which is right in front of your retreat.

Indoors
Classy and elegant, Linthipe’s interior is the embodiment of contemporary cubic architecture. The ample open-plan areas have plenty of space for everyone, featuring neutral, earthy colors and elegant sophisticated furniture. The limits between the interior and exterior area blend via the large doors that brighten the rooms and offer direct access to the outdoors, plus there are many plants and small interior gardens throughout the property that create a bohemian ambience. On the pool level, is a state-of-the-art kitchen with modern appliances to prepare your healthy breakfast and a comfy lounge area with a TV for your lazy afternoons. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 on the ground level and 1 on the upper, bestowing extra privacy and deluxe amenities to pamper yourself.
