Surrounded by a manicured garden with flowers and trees, Myrto’s stone terrace is equipped with all the essentials for laid-back outdoor living. Right in front of the main house stands the gleaming swimming pool with unobstructed views of the beach and the town of Agios Nikolaos; enjoy relaxing moments on your sunbed, rejuvenate with a plunge in the pool, or take the stone path of the villa that leads directly to the beach and get your suntan there.

Cozy and contemporary, the villa spreads over 2 floors, featuring every luxury amenity to make you feel at home: 3 comfortable bedrooms, a pool-view living area and a fully equipped kitchen for homemade meals. The property also offers an independent single-space studio apartment, which can host 2 more guests in total privacy featuring an ensuite double bedroom, a living area, and a workspace. Good to know
Almyros Beach, which is just a few steps away from Myrto, is a beautiful sandy stretch at the mouth of the namesake river that flows all year round, forming a unique wetland with eucalyptus, palm trees, and rare aquatic birds. Here you will find beach bars with umbrellas and sunbeds, water sports facilities, and even a lifeguard. After the beach, drive 5 minutes to the town of Agios Nikolaos, which will steal your heart with its breathtaking lagoon, Lake Voulismeni, and the cafes and restaurants surrounding it. The lake is the perfect place to promenade before you choose a local tavern to enjoy dinner with the best view. Don’t forget to order “kleftiko”, a Cretan specialty with either lamb or goat cooked for hours in the oven. It will literally melt in your mouth.
