The villa has direct access to Almyros Beach and is located only 3 km from the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos. Outdoor design
On the lower level of the villa is a green lawn with paving stones to the infinity pool, a wooden pool deck, palm trees and landscaped gardens. There is also a mini gym and steam bath on this terrace for summer morning workouts with a view.  The upper-level terrace also has an infinity pool, and on both these levels is a BBQ area with an alfresco dining table and chairs for 10 guests. At the top of the villa is a private terrace off the master bedroom with an outdoor built-in jacuzzi tub. With designer ceramic potted shrubs and superb finishings, the outdoor areas are your modern-day Eden on Crete, featuring your private daily show of sunrise over the beach village and sunset across the sea. The interiors of Sea Sand Retreat villa combine the best of contemporary Greek design. The space is styled with neutral harmonious tones, pale wood, hessian mats and artisan pieces, plus every modern convenience you want to feel at home from home and more. The lower level has an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 deluxe ensuite bedrooms, and patio doors onto the pool terrace and mini gym. The upper level features a spacious living area and bright kitchen with ultra-modern appliances, as well as a pool terrace and 1 ensuite master bedroom. Finally, the top level has 2 more gorgeous ensuite bedrooms and a terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi.
