Suzette invites you to discover a haven of privacy and beauty, perched on a waterfront location of Crete Island, Rogdia Village, less than 20 minutes to popular Heraklion. This luxury Crete villa offers amazing sea views and there is a path from the villa leading down to the sea, which only 200 meters away from your vacation home. It is perfect for 11 guests, who want to relax in privacy, whether friends, couples, or families with kids.  

Outdoors
The outdoor space will dazzle you with its sea water infinity pool and the ample space to chill out in style. The terrace and pool area are completely private, so you can feel free to enjoy plunges, sunbathing, BBQ dinners and sunset evenings far from the crowds.  And that’s not all! Right next to the pool there is a footpath leading down to the sea with a stone pier, which can be used to park jet skis. The path is gated, so you need not to worry about the kids running wild! If the turquoise sea water is too cold, we’ve got news for you! You can ask for the pool to be heated and enjoy truly warm vacation moments. 

Indoors
Suzette is divided into three levels, all sharing traditional Cretan elements with touches of contemporary design. The villa has 6 bedrooms all of which offer luxury facilities and amenities like TV, A/C, safe box, outdoor terraces with seating area, breathtaking views and more. The sixth bedroom is a single one, which is also perfect for a nanny or a member of staff. In the communal areas there are a fully equipped kitchen, a hammam area, a wine cellar and cozy living areas where you can spend quality family time. Suzette is all about chic luxury combined with homelike hospitality.

The luxury villa for rent is part of a small estate that shares a 20,000sqm plot with two more luxurious private villas, which are independent from each other. Suzette is in the premium position to have absolute privacy as it overlooks the terraces of the other two, but its own space is invisible to the others.
